Organic eggs from the Lerchnhof in Val Pusteria - speck and ham from the Widumhof - tasty jam homemade or from the Bühlerhof – homemade hazelnut chocolate spread – homemade granola - farm cheese - figs, grapes, apples, plums, herbs, olive oil from our garden.
We serve local linseeds instead of chia seeds, homemade herb hummus instead of avocado. No fancy bowls but tasty, organic Bircher muesli.

One of these culinary highlights is to be found only a stone’s throw away in our partner hotel Das Panorama. The Bistro there has a small daily menu and offers not only fine local cuisine but also a magnificent view. The hotel is only a 10-minute walk from Das Wanda.
